Lombardi would like to invite you to a seminar we are holding in Atlanta on July 17th. These events are designed for executives (and top level managers) responsible for business process improvement at their companies. Hear stories of how specific companies are doing BPM - their false starts, what role technology plays and what role “know-how” plays. Hear about implementing processes in multiple sites, each with different business owners. Hear about introducing BPM projects... And programs.

We have divided the presentation into two sections:
